What is zefir?
Zefir is a light and airy fruit-based dessert made with fruit purée, egg whites and sugar.
It has a soft, delicate texture, similar to a marshmallow, but with a fresh fruity flavor.
Traditional zefir and zefir flowers are made from the same base and are essentially the same dessert.
The difference is mainly the shape and the range of flavors. Traditional zefir can be made with a wider variety of fruits, while not every fruit works well for creating zefir flowers.

You can pick your order up when it is ready in Ciudad Colón, next to Condominio Nasara. We agree on the time over WhatsApp.
Delivery across the GAM (San José)
We deliver anywhere in the Greater Metropolitan Area (San José and around) via Uber Delivery. The delivery fee is paid by the receiver at the current rate.

Shipping to other parts of the country can be arranged individually. Send us your location and we will find the best option.
Delivery from Ciudad Colón costs roughly ₡3,000–₡7,000 depending on the area and time of day. It is sent via Uber Delivery and paid on receipt.
